Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations/Rescheduled appointments less than 48 hours from your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of your appointment fee.
• No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.
**If there is no card on file or we cannot charge the card you have on file, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid.**
• All appointments must be confirmed and any required deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments that have not been confirmed or have an outstanding deposit within this 48-hour window will be considered unconfirmed and will be cancelled to offer that time to another guest.
